TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: 20 July to 15 September, Chinese New Year, Easter Week, Golden week (last week of April - first week of May). Peak season period: 20 December - 7 January.
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high season period; 7 nights stay is required during peak season period.
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
