TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drink/fruit, and daily continental breakfast Airport transfers may be arranged at an additional US$10 per person per way, if required. Extra Bed is available at an additional US$35 per night inclusive of Continental breakfast. Accommodation is free of charge for children under 12, if using existing bedding. Villa Tamu Seseh comes fully staffed with housekeeping, cooks, security and gardening/pool staff.
   
   
2. Low, High & Peak Season Period
   Low season period: 9 January – 15 July 2007, 16 September – 19 December’07
   High season period: 6 – 10 February 2008, 21 – 28 March 2008, 15 – 31 July 2007
   Peak season period: 1 – 31 August 2007, 20 December 2007 – 8 January 2008
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods
   
   
4. Check in and Check out times
   Check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 11:00hrs.
   Day use of the villa/s up until 18:00hrs will be charged at 50% of the room rate and is subject to availability. Request for early check–in and/or late check-out will be subject to availability. However, to guarantee the availability of the villa for early check–in and/or late check-out, the villa must be reserved prior to the guest’s arrival. We reserves the right to impose a 50% charge, based on the contracted rate for early check–in and/or late check-out for villas held up to 18:00hrs. A full day charge of the contracted rate will be applicable thereafter.
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   Bookings will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit of total accommodation charge. The full pre-payment must be settled promptly at least 17 days prior to arrival date or unless otherwisa agreed with Tamu Seseh. If outstanding payment is delayed, Tamu Seseh reserves the right to release the booking held and impose penalty charges.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   The charge equaling 50% of the total length of stay or minimum 2 nights will be imposed for no show guests. Penalty charge of at least one night based on the rate will be imposed for the following conditions:
   - Cancellation is received within 17 days prior to arrival
   - Booking is shortened within five days prior to arrival
