TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge with the following benefits:
   - Daily American Breakfast served at La View Restaurant
   - Special welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
   - Flower arrangement in the villa upon arrival
   - Evening coffee/tea served at La View Restaurant or in privacy of guest villa
   - Free Shuttle Service to Ubud center every one hour (09.00 AM - 21.00 PM)
   - Special Kupu Kupu Barong gift upon departure
   - Daily mineral water
   
   
2. Additional Honeymoon Benefits
   - Special honeymoon cake served on the second day of guest stay
   - Special flower arrangement and flower petals in the bath tub
   - One bottle of sparkling wine per stay
   
   
3. Special Offer
   Special offer valid for a minimum of three nights stay:
   - Stay in a Duplex Village Villa and guarantee upgrade into Duplex Pool Villa
   - Stay in a Duplex Pool Villa and guarantee upgrade into Ayung River Pool Villa
   
   
4. Low & High Season Periods
   Low season period: 01 April - 31 July, 01 September - 21 December, 06 January - 31 March
   High season period: August 01 - 31 and December 22, 2007 - January 05, 2008
   
   
5. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. The rate is not applicable for Airport transfer which is US$ 35 net/car/way, for maximum 4 persons.
   
   
6. Extra Charge for Additional Person
   One Child (under 12 years old), in existing bed >> free of charge (ABF charge at US$ 7)
   One Child (under 12 years old), in extra bed >> US$ 50 net/child (incl. ABF)
   Third adult, in extra bed >> US 50 net/person (incl. ABF)
   
   
7. Terms of Payment
   Minimum one night deposit is required to secure your reservation. And the full payment should be made at least 17 days prior to the date of arrival.
   
   
8. Cancellation Policy
   In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date during low season and 14 days prior to guest arrival during high season, one night stay will be invoiced per booked and cancelled room. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, the total stay will be invoiced (with a maximum of 3 nights)
