Villa Forte Rates
Valid until 31 March 2008, all rates are quoted in USD

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, airport pick-up (one car - one way), daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room.
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 – September 15; peak season period: December 20 – January 10
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods
   
   
4. Villa Capacity
   We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or group. Please note that no guests under 12 year of age are accepted!
   
   
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
6. Terms of Payment
   • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
   • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
   • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
   
   
7. Cancellation Policy
   • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
   • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
   • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
   • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
