TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of an extra 5% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax. The rates above include of transfer services to and from the airport, fresh fruit and flowers in each room upon arrival, daily gourmet breakfast, 4 bottles of mineral water per day per room, use of all services and amenities such as DVD and Book Library, and Swimming pool. Compulsory minimum five nights stay for booking trough New Year.
   
   
2. Season Periods
   Low season period: January 11th - June 30th
   High season period: July 01st - September 15th and December 15th - January 10th
   
   
3. Reservation Policy
   A deposit equal to a single night's stay is required upon making room reservations by bank transfer. Payment must be settled latest by 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservation canceled within 16 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equal to one night's accommodation.
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Complimentary early check-in is subject to availability.
   Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Day use until 18:00 hours is subject to 50% of room rate, after which one night rate is applicable.
