The Amasya Villas Rates
Valid until 31 March 2008, all rates are quoted in USD

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and the following benefits:
   - Daily American Breakfast for 2 persons maximum in each room
   - Welcome drink and cold face towel upon arrival
   - Daily of unlimited mineral water
   - Coffee and tea making facilities
   - Return airport transfers
   - Shuttle service within Kuta area 2 times a day
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 20 - September 15 and December 20 - January 6
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
