TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drinks & refreshing towels upon arrival, welcome seasoning fruit basket & flower arrangement, daily breakfast for 2 persons per room, free shuttle coach service around Kuta and seminyak (subject to coach availability), daily afternon tea and accompany with assorted cakes, broadband internet connection at villa, and special hotel gift upon check out. Rates exclude gratuities, telephone, meals, cars/drivers and any other extra requirements
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Period
   High season period: July 01 - September 15
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 10
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 2 nights is required for low season and 5 nights for peak season bookings.


4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: after 13:00
   Check-out time: before 12:00
   In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, we may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Day use after 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 20:00.
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   50% deposit must be required to secure your reservation. payment can be made only by cash and/or TT transfer both in US$ (Bank Note) or in rupiah with agreed update currency. Final payment must be done 17 days prior to arrival (low season) and 35 days (high season).
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
   Cancellation policy for booking during low season period:
   * Without any charge: 17 days before the check-in date
   * Between 16 days and 10 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   * Between 8 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   * Now Show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   Cancellation policy for booking during high/peak season period:
   * Without any charge: 35 days before the check-in date
   * Between 34 days and 25 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   * Between 24 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   * Now Show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
