TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in
USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge,
daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room, afternoon tea
service, free shuttle service to the Pererenan beach and Kuta
area from 07.00 AM – 18.00 PM when available, return airport
transfers
- High & Peak Season Period
High season period: August 1 – August 31; peak season period:
December 20 – January 6
- Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum
of 3 nights is required for high season or peak season bookings.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time is 02:00 PM
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge
of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
- Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within
7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the
final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final
cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic
bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking)
or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic
transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
- Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before
arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative
fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before
arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by
fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a
deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and
the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the
payment.
