Manis Villa Bali is tucked away in the sleepy village hamlet of Pererenan, on the outskirts of Canggu. Manis Villa is an elegant boutique style residence of grand scale proportion. Composed of a main residence with an individual Presidential Suite, 3 Suite Rooms and 2 Family Villas, the entire complex can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. Set within 40 are of tropical landscape, Manis Villa is bordered by cultivated rice fields and is within walking distance to a renowned surfing beach. Manis Villa is a relaxing haven far removed from the hustle and bustle of mainstream tourism. Cocooned from the outside world, an ambience of peace and serenity prevails.

The Style
Manis Villa is unique in that it accentuates the the Balinese design concept of outdoor living and communing with nature with all necessary modern comforts. Décor throughout the villa features pieces of handcrafted wooden furniture adding touches of local creativity and style. Twin staircases in the main residence lead up to the Presidential Suite where a mezzanine landing gives visual access to a stunning ceiling scene painted in the traditional Kamasan style. Similar artistic components are featured throughout adding an elements of surprise as you explore the entire property.

The Living Environments
Guests at Manis Villa can take advantage of Bali’s perpetually fine weather conditions by spending as much time outdoors as possible. The main residence features a wraparound veranda and is the perfect spot to spend some quite time with a book or contemplate the peaceful activity of the neighbouring rice fields and distant ocean views. Outdoor terraces are available to enjoy the full strength of the Balinese sun or an oversized traditional lounging pavilion where one can indulge in a stimulating massage treatment.

The Celebration Setting
A large garden area, complete with a traditional pavilion, has been allocated for special occasions such as weddings and private events. It can accommodate up to 200 guests with ease in a standing style garden party or be made more intimate for smaller groups and sit down receptions. This area is completely separate from the main villa and does not unnecessarily disturb bedrooms or other living facilities.

The Bedrooms
Designed for a restful slumber and even sweeter dreams, all bedrooms have been luxuriously appointed for privacy and comfort. The Presidential Suite is a tasteful retreat for honeymooners and couples who wish to be left discreetly to their own devices. Facilities include a spacious ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, safety deposit box, satellite television and audio system.

Three additional suites with private ensuite bathrooms are located side by side and are ideal for small groups of friends travelling together. Each suite has a charming terraced area with enormous day bed for a lazy spot out of the sun that overlooks the main pool area.

Two separate family villas are suitably distanced from the main residence, each featuring two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and living cum dining area. Surrounded by fish ponds and shady garden, this calming environment is close to the main swimming pool where children will enjoy hours of aquatic fun. A family sized Jacuzzi is also available for a luxurious soak at the end of a leisure filled day.

The Kitchen
A state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen is located in the main residence and fully equipped for all types of meal preparation and social entertaining.

The Pool
The main pool provides an idyllic setting for pleasure filled days surrounded by a wide terrace, sun loungers and charming water features carved out of stone. A sunken bar is an added attraction for all day refreshments served in the most gracious Balinese manner. While an adjacent traditional lounging pavilion can be utilized for in-house massage treatments and poolside relaxation.

The Services
Manis Villa has a 24-hour security system and full Butler service throughout the day until late night. Other services include restaurant delivery, doctor on call, in-villa massage treatments, optional tours, money changer, mail facilities, cargo service and transport rental. All room rates inclusive of daily American breakfast, afternoon tea, return airport transfers and a complimentary shuttle service runs daily to the beach and the Kuta area on a scheduled basis.
