TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge, with the following benefits:
   * Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
   * Daily stock of 2 bottles mineral water
   * Daily flower in room
   * Evening turn down service
   * Free use of CD/VCD from the villa collections
   * Complimentary afternoon tea and Balinese cake
   * Car service within Ubud area (pick & drop, without time schedule)
   * In-villa breakfast with 3 choices of Set Menu (ABF/CBF/IBF)
   * No additional chaarge for children accompanying their parents and use existing bed
   * Free use of bike upon request & in advance notice
   * Free use of broadbaand internet at Lobby
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 – August 31; peak season period: December 25 – January 5
   
   
3. Reservation Policy
   Must be guaranteed by one night deposit and full prepayment 14 days prior to arrival. Extra Bed will charge US$ 25nett/night excluding breakfast
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 2:00 PM
   Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
   Early check in late Check Out:
   Available based on the occupancy at the check in/check out time. Late charge will be imposed 50% off the rate for maximum 6 hours after check out time, unless prior notice is negotiated subject to availability. Decision will be made on the date of check out. The full rate will be imposed for more than 6 hours late check out.

   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   All cancellation made within 12 days prior to the date of guest arrival will subject to one night cancellation fee. All cancellation made within 5 days prior to the date off arrival will subject to full (100%) cancellation fee of the entire period of stay.
   - No Show will subject to full (100%) cancellation fee of the entire period of stay
   - All cancellation must be notified by email or fax to our reservation staff.
