TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and airport pick-up (one car - one way). Extra Bed / extra person will be charged at US$ 25.00 per person per night (maximum 2 extra bed in each villa). The Rates are not include breakfast.
   Price for breakfast net per person:
   * American Breakfast: @ US$ 8.00/person
   * Indonesian Breakfast: @ US$ 7.00/person
   * Continental Breakfast: @ US$ 6.00/person
   
   
2. Low & High Season Conditions
   Minimum period of staying on High season is 7 days and 3 days for Low season
   Maximum person for 3 Bedroom villa is 6 persons and 4 persons for 2 Bedroom villa
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the booking, 10 days after we confirmed the reservation. The balance must be done 14 days prior to arrival.
   • The deposit is valid for period of 1 year since the booking date with the same client's name.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
   • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
