TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, and the following benefits:
   * Daily Two American breakfasts
   * One way Airport Transfers
   * Complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival
   * Complimentary Fruit Platter in Room.
   * Daily turn down service by the House Keeper.
   * Rate for extra bed is quoted with 1 American Breakfast
   
   
2. Season Periods
   Low Season Periond: January 06 - June 30, 2007 and September 01 - December 19, 2007
   High Season Period: July 1 – August 31, 2007;
   Peak Season Period: December 21, 2007 – January 01, 2008
   
   
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 02:00 pm
   Check-out time: 12:00 noon
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 during the Peak Season is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
4. Terms of Payment
   - 50% Deposit to secure your reservation
   - Full payment is 14 days prior to arrival .
   
   
5. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation should be received by us at the latest 5 days prior arrival. In the event that this written notice is not received within the time stated, and in the event that the guests do not show, the deposit/full payment will be forfeited automatically.
